Sales Everywhere CRM Enterprise Edition

 

Sales Everywhere CRM Enterprise Edition is highly scalable and reliable mobile CRM solution based on industry standard protocols.

 

It is based on hierarchical multi-tier design and consists of the next Server components:

 

  • Front-end Server(s) running IIS (IIS5.0 or above) terminating MS SQL CE transactions for the database replication between Pocket PC clients running Sales Everywhere CRM via HTTP or HTTPS, as well as terminating clients accessing the database via Web based portal.
  • Database Server with the Sales Everywhere CRM central database based on MS SQL.

* Note: For small deployments above components can be located on the same server.

 

Mobile access to the database is performed from the next clients:

 

  • Pocket PC (preferably with an integrated phone) under Windows Mobile OS running Sales Everywhere CRM Enterprise Edition – synchronizes local database with the centralized MS SQL database on top of the industry based protocols HTTP or HTTPS (if high level of security is required).
  • Any personal computer (PC) with Web Browser access data via Sales Everywhere web portal;

  • Manage accounts, contacts, pricelist, activities and sales deals as well as the history for last two entities.
  • Manage dictionaries of categories, properties for all the above entities and currencies with their exchange rates.

  • Sales Everywhere CRM with its user defined unlimited number of properties for all the entities (accounts, contacts, products, sales deals, actions) is very flexible, which helps to adopt to the business requirements and to integrate with existing CRM/ERP systems within an organization using standard based programming interfaces and protocols.
