• Number of contacts, which can be stored in this subsystem, is only limited by amount of free memory on a Pocket PC.
• Group contacts by user defined categories. Classify contacts based on desirable criteria, as example, to identify key contacts, partners, competitors, or customers to include into specific marketing campaign. Grouping also helps to quickly navigate through the list of contacts.
• Store unlimited number of phone numbers and addresses (post and e-mail), even of the same type, as example, you can store unlimited number of mobile phone numbers for any contact, which is limited to one or two by other vendors products.
• Link a contact to an account, an action and sales deal as well as their history.
• Create unlimited number of user defined properties and assign them to contacts, as example, hobby, partner’s name, what any contact likes or dislikes, etc.
• Store notes for each contact, which is a key capability of any CRM system. There are no restrictions on the size of the notes.
• Quick access to a main phone number or an e-mail address via preview panel.
• Call phone number, start e-mail program or web browser by clicking phone number, e-mail address or web link respectively. Note: phone calls can only be made from Pocket PC with the integrated mobile phone.
• Synchronize contact information with Microsoft Pocket Outlook.
