Main capabilities of the subsystem "Accounts"

  • Number of accounts, which can be stored in this subsystem, is only limited by amount of free memory on a Pocket PC.
  • Companies can be linked (unlimited number of nesting levels) to represent relationships between them, as example, parent and daughter companies or headquarters and branches, etc. Representation of relationships between companies in the form of a tree. Note: a company can only be corresponded to a single company.
  • Group companies by user defined categories. Classify companies based on desirable criteria, as example, to identify key customers, partners, competitors, or customers to include into specific marketing campaign. Grouping also helps to quickly navigate through the list of companies.
  • Store unlimited number of contact phone numbers and addresses (post and e-mail).
  • Create unlimited number of user defined properties and assign them to the companies, as example, best time for the marketing campaign, preferred delivery of the advertisement (by post, or e-mail), etc.
  • Store notes for each company, which is a key capability of any CRM system.
  • Link contacts, sales deals and actions to companies. Actions and Sales deals, which were linked to a company and saved to history can be later accessed directly via set of menus by the selecting a company.
  • Call phone number, start e-mail program or web browser by clicking phone number, e-mail address or web link respectively.
