Methodology of the sales process in the Sales Everywhere CRM


 

Sales process begins with the marketing campaign. Marketing department defines list of customers for proposing new products or services.

 

Sales Funnel in the Sales Everywhere CRM uses 5 layers by default representing 5 stages of the sales process:

  • Contacted: When the sales manager gains enough information on a client need to determine that there is an opportunity for the company and both the sales manager and the client agree that the opportunity is worth pursuing.
  • Qualified: When the account executive says, "I can satisfy the client's requirements" (decision making process, problem/need definition, technical, delivery interval, financial/budget, a proposal pending).
  • Developed: customer studied and accepted the proposal.
  • Closed: contract is signed.
  • Completed: When the product/service is installed and the client is referenceable (bill paid, client satisfied).
